Agents who place a referral with us receive a referral fee at close of escrow. If you are referring a client to us and we successfully sell them a property we will pay you a 25% referral fee of the commission we receive on the Selling side. If you refer a seller to us, we will pay you a 25% referral fee of the commission we receive on the Listing side
How it works here is a property is listed by a brokerage. When it is listed, the Listing Agent and the Seller agree upon a commission percentage of the sales price (sometimes net). This commission is then usually split 50/50 with the Selling Agent (representing the Buyer). For example, a property is listed for $1,000,000 USD. The commission is 6% of the sales price (this may vary). The property is bought by a Buyer you referred to us who pays full price with no credit backs (we will use this for demonstration purposes).
1,000,000 x .06 = 60,000
60,000 / 2 = 30,000
30,000 x .25 = $7,500 USD
We will send you $7,500 USD (less wire and exchange costs)

This program is only available to licensed agents who register with us in advance.
The same is true if you refer us a Seller.
